Comparative Analysis of Image on Several Edge Detection Techniques

Edge detection of an image is needed to obtain information related the size and shape image. There are numerous methods for detecting edges, including Prewitt, Laplace, Kirsch operators. Each edge method has different performance results. Therefore, this study aims analyze comparison The analysis process carried out using MSE, PSNR Image Contrast values. Based on experiments that have been out, best produced by Prewitt operator. average MSE values obtained were 4.63 41.79 dB. Laplace operator good in contrast value 17.77. However, only serves as a supporting parameter clarify differences results each So it can be concluded among other two methods.
